Cookies
I do not actively collect or analyse data. However I do use external links that may collect your data via third parties. Cookies may also supply information to external sites such as Facebook or Google ads, which may result in you being delivered commercial content.
Most web browsers automatically accept ‘cookies’ but you can modify your browser setting to decline cookies at any time. There is plenty of information about Cookies via the internet.
Client Information
In order for you the client to contact the owner an exchange of communication must take place via TELEPHONE, MESSAGE OR EMAIL. I therefore have your telephone number, email information and if you contact me via social media such as messenger, your profile, which is within your control not mine. I do not use this information for anything other than contacting you regarding appointments. I do not pass your information on.
I store your number in a GOOGLE ACCOUNT on a mobile phone. You are assigned a client number with your first name. What information you have provided on social media may show up and identify you however this is not my responsibility. I record all appointments in a private GOOGLE CALENDER. I use a client number and or first name in order to record your appointment. In the event I lose my phone my GOOGLE ACCOUNT will be shut down and passwords changed protecting any of the stated information stored. If you wish at any time for your information to be removed please contact me. This would mean deleting your telephone number and or your email address. Messages are regularly deleted.
NON CLIENT
Contacting me in the first instance you are giving me permission to store your information listed above, unless you tell me otherwise.
CLIENT CONSULTATION
Having a treatment at Buddu Chill can only take place after a consultation has taken place. This includes a form. Any information on this form is collected and relevant to treatment only. If you require this form to be emailed to you please do not fill it in and send it back. I cannot be liable for information you provide in this way. It is advised you print and bring the form to your appointment.
No information is passed onto any third parties by the owner of Buddu Chill. However In the event you, the client are at risk to yourself or others I have to break this breach of confidentially.
Your information is in paper format, stored and locked away on the premises complying with Data Legislation. Records are stored for 10 years and destroyed complying with legislation. No other person has access to these records. In the first instance the consultation is filled in to establish if there are any contraindications to you the client receiving treatment. The records are updated when necessary of any changes you report to the owner who will only access this information.
