- CANCELLATION and CHANGE OF APPOINTMENTS
I understand that some situations can not be controlled and you may need to cancel or rearrange your appointment. However I do require 24 hrs notice where possible. This allows the opportunity for someone else to take the appointment. - Late cancellation (on the day) no valid reason incurs a cost of £45.
- If you book regular appointments in advance and you cancel or change them 3 times within (6 weeks) then you may lose your slot and not be able to book in advance. If you are not sure then book single treatments.
- ARRIVAL
Please try and arrive on time and if you arrive earlier you may have to wait. If you arrive late for your session it may have to be shortened to accommodate following appointments and change over; however payment for the appointment still applies. Where I can I will accommodate late arrivals. The time you book is the amount payable on the day of your appointment.
In the unlikely event I am running late I will do my very best to accommodate your full appointment time or deduct an amount from the cost of treatment. I am aware for both parties things sometimes get in the way of life.
- You health & well being is important, please listen carefully to aftercare advice.
- If you have any allergies or sensitivities please make me aware of this as some products will not be suitable.
- If you think you may be or are pregnant it is imperative I know. Treatment is advised from 12 weeks.
- Anything you think I should know or if you are unsure, please let me know prior to treatment.
- If you have any sensitivity’s to certain smells such as Essential Oils which are burned in an oil burner please let me know.
- Please do not spray any products in the room some clients are allergic & sensitive to these and I am to.
- Mobile phones turned off when possible.
Payment
Cash or bank transfer. I do not accept cheques or have a card machine. Please bring correct change.
